Detroit Bailout (cont'd)

Topic: Give GM and Chrysler $20 billion in exchange for 1 million cars to replace an aging Federal vehicle fleet. Detroit gets their money, the taxpayers get vehicles (sort of) and GM and Chrysler clean their lots of a million vehicles they claim they can't sell.
