Yglesias thinks the First Amendment is funny stuff.

Seriously, the commenter had a good point, and Yglesias had to be all clever because he couldn't admit it. What if, instead of a word count cap, the government said "you can only visit certain websites to get your news about which you will write. We'll let you go on being a blogger until the cows come home, and you can write as much as you want. But you will stick to the attached list of topics and only visit the approved list of websites."

What's really great about that post is that most of the commenters think "government" prints money, not the Federal Reserve, a private bank who is beholden to no one.
